چکیده

The COVID-19 outbreak locked down the university classrooms and transferred teaching learning activities to a virtual space. This paper discusses challenges teachers faced due this dramatic transfer from habitual on-line classes. small-scale empirical research focuses on two questions: Which problems did face, which solutions they find overcome them? study also investigates techniques of synchronous classes management employed by after restrictions were imposed traditional delivery modes in higher education. data collected through semi-structured interviews with 10 staff members who commenced giving online March 2020. findings revealed that main challenge for was platform providing videoconferencing tools, found basically asking their colleagues advice. identified one teachers’ concerns related handling students’ misbehaviour during classes, general need developing class skills.
